Michal joined Penta in 2011. He started working in Penta's real estate division, specializing in commercial real estate projects. Since 2018, he has expanded his focus to include residential real estate and has been responsible for shaping the entire residential portfolio of Penta Real Estate in Slovakia. As of 2025, he holds the position of Country Managing Director for Slovakia.
