Since 2008, when Michal started in the industry, he went through positions mainly at real estate developers. He coordinated and comprehensively covered the rent out of premises and related activities in well-known administrative projects. For several years, he worked as a manager for B2B in the construction and development company YIT. Not only here he gained experience which now he believes Colliers clients would benefit from. His main focus was office leasing, but also various analyses and development. His competencies include consultancy services, occupiers representation in negotiations with potential landlords, but also strategic consulting for clients.
