Michaela joined the company in 2021. Her main responsibility is to run the Front office – Sales/Delivery/Service in the Czech Republic. Schindler has the most extensive service coverage network which now, thanks to a unique Technical Operations Center, monitors all equipment 24/7 and enables the company to schedule predictive maintenance and repairs. Her previous experiences came from hospitality and the facility business where Michaela spent more than 20 years, with 4 years of expat experience in the US
