Mateusz Dereszyński is an attorney-at-law and partner heading the banking and finance practice in the Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland. He specialises in providing transactional debt financing advice to domestic and international clients on all matters related to financing and banking. He has more than 18 years of experience in legal advice to businesses. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he worked for 15 years in the banking and finance team at Hogan Lovells Poland, where he led the real estate finance practice. He supports clients in particular in real estate financings, corporate financings and acquisition financings, acting for both financing parties and sponsors. His experience also includes structured financings and RES projects. He has extensive practice in the securitisation of receivables and the issuance of debt securities.
