Martin works for WOOD & Company as the investment manager of the real estate operations in Slovakia. His responsibilities include strategic portfolio management, the management of Bratislava’s real estate team and the coordination of the development of the Slovak portfolio assets in WOOD & Co.’s funds. Martin has more than 20 years of experience in advising both sellers and purchasers, in investment banking and private equity. Over the years, he has worked on a number of transactions on the Slovak and Czech markets in various sectors, including energy, public services, healthcare, telecommunications, and others. Martin is also active in the waste management sector as the investment manager of the KOSIT Group, and the director of several portfolio companies within the WOOD & Co. Group.
