Markus Arnold is the CEO and owner of Arnold Investments, which is operating as Arnold Immobilien in Austria. The Arnold Group is specializing in brokering real estate investments in ten European markets. The company has a diverse portfolio of apartment buildings, retail parks, shopping centres, office buildings, hotels and land throughout Europe. When he initially started his own business, focusing on residential buildings in Vienna in 2009, Arnold had already gained considerable experience in the real estate market from a long-proven record of accomplishments in the real estate industry. He then expanded into CEE / Eastern Europe, opening offices in Prague, Bratislava and Budapest. After this expansion phase, Arnold turned north to the biggest real estate market in Europe and opened the German office in Berlin. In 2017 and 2018, the commercial and acquisitions departments were set up to better support investors in the allocation of real estate in all of Arnold Investments' target markets. In 2020 and 2021, the Arnold Group moved to Southern Europe with offices in Madrid, Milan and Lisbon. Due to the steady expansion, Arnold specialized his company even further and set up new departments for capital markets, hospitality and market research in 2021. The last strategic move was expanding to the Nordics and Benelux with offices in Stockholm and Amsterdam. 2022 has been the most successful year in the company’s history and Arnold Investments is currently one of the leading real estate broker companies across Europe with further business locations in the pipeline.
