Maja Šubic is an Attorney at Law and Partner in the Law Firm Senica & Partners, Ltd, a member firm of Andersen Global in Slovenia. Maja has more than 13 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law. She focuses mainly on M&A transactions, Commercial agreements, and Corporate and Commercial Dispute Resolution. She has participated in the most important real estate projects led by Senica & Partners in recent years, including acquisitions and disposal of real estate, investment and development real estate projects, and real estate finance. Maja is also a national expert for the agency and distribution agreements at the International Distribution Institute – IDI and is recognized as Rising Star partner at IFLR1000.
