Katsiaryna Souvandjiev began her career at Raiffeisen Bank International AG in Risk Management, changed to Sustainable Finance in 2020 and is currently the Team Lead of “ESG Funding and Innovation”. Mrs Souvandjiev is currently responsible for the strategic development of the Sustainability Bond and Sustainable Deposit programs in the bank. Furthermore, as the expert on EU Taxonomy regulation, Mrs Souvandjiev is focused on the co-development of the EU Taxonomy Assessment solution, a key step towards simplification, and automatization of the business transactions’ evaluation process given the complexity of the existing and future reporting requirements. Mrs Souvandjiev received a Financial Risk Manager GARP certification, and is a CESGA-certified ESG analyst and CESFi certified Expert in Sustainable Finance.
