Katarina Kresal is a distinguished legal expert specializing in commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A, project development, and international transactions. Katarina serves as the Managing Partner at Law Firm Senica & Partners and Andersen Advisory, Slovenian member firms of Andersen Global, where she oversees complex legal matters and directs the firm's tax, finance, and business advisory services, ensuring comprehensive solutions for clients in a dynamic market. Katarina holds strategic roles within Andersen Global, as she co-chairs the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) subregion, fostering collaboration and growth across multiple jurisdictions. She is also a member of the Global and European Management Committees, contributing to the strategic leadership of a global association comprising 17,600 professionals across 178 countries worldwide.
