Kamil Kowa is an acknowledged manager who is actively involved in the construction and development of the commercial real estate market on the Vistula River. He has extensive management and transactional experience of over 20 years and specialises in strategic consultancy. Since January 2024, he has been Managing Director at Savills, a consultancy firm employing over 200 professionals. In this role, he is responsible for business development in the Polish market, strengthening the company’s position in Central and Eastern Europe and developing cooperation within regional structures. Kamil is a promoter of a modern and socially responsible approach to the real estate business, with an emphasis on understanding client needs, sustainability and innovation. Previously, as Head of Corporate Finance & Valuation at Savills, he implemented cutting-edge technologies that revolutionised real estate valuation processes, strengthening the company’s position as one of the leading valuers in Poland. He also spearheaded the creation and development of a new residential capital markets business line, which has become one of the leading advisors in the institutional rental housing (PRS), private student accommodation and seniors’ care homes markets, completing many key transactions in these markets. Prior to joining Savills in 2015, Kamil spent more than a decade leading advisory projects and teams at EY, supporting companies with real estate challenges in the CEE region. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw University of Technology and Sheffield Hallam University, as well as a licensed real estate valuer with qualifications from Polish, UK and German institutions. In his spare time, Kamil is passionate about literature and music, especially concert music. He enjoys spending quality time with his family through activities such as travelling, cycling, and hiking in the mountains.
