Jolanta is an experienced professional in the commercial property market in Poland and CEE with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in strategy, leasing, asset and property management, and development of retail and mixed-use projects. For almost a decade, Jolanta was associated with Atrium European Real Estate, first as Head of Asset Management and later as Chief Operating Officer in Poland. In these roles, she managed a portfolio of over 520,000 sqm GLA across 24 assets and led teams responsible for property management, leasing, marketing and technical support. Since 2017, as Atrium's Group Head of Leasing, she has been responsible for leasing and team support in all 6 CEE countries where Atrium has operated. Jolanta has long been a lecturer at the ICSC European Retail Property School. She holds a doctoral degree in economics from the Poznań University of Economics, where she also completed a post-graduate study in commercial law. She is a certified CCIM designee and certified coach.
