As Managing Director of Valuation & Advisory for EMEA since 2016, Javier is responsible for the growth and development of the European business. Also Javier is a board member of CBRE Spain, responsible for the Residential & Regional Offices in Spain. He joined the CBRE Capital Markets department in April 2005 as Director of Industrial Investments. In 2007 he was appointed Director of Institutional Investments and in 2008 became the National Director of the same department.
