Jaroslav Kopac is the CEE Head of Valuation for iO Partners and has been a valuable member of the JLL/iO team since 2008. He is a seasoned professional in the real estate domain and throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the real estate industry. He has been a RICS registered valuer since 2013 and his primary responsibility lies in delivering valuation advice across diverse contexts. His clientele includes investment funds, banks, developers, owner-occupiers and private investors. With strategic acumen, he guides clients through market dynamics, supply-demand intricacies, and portfolio analysis. Whether assessing assets for purchase or sale, Jaroslav’s expertise extends to alternative uses and optimal valuations. Leading a team of five skilled valuers, he ensures precision and excellence in every valuation. His educational achievements from the College of Estate Management, Reading, UK and the Czech Technical University in Prague equipped him with a solid understanding of real estate principles, urban planning and construction management and complemented his practical experience, making him a well-rounded professional in the field of real estate valuation.
