Jan-Hendrik Walloch joined ECE in 2008 and is responsible for its residential real estate investment activities with a particular focus on the Build-to-Rent sector as Managing Partner. Previously he was responsible for investment activities in the retail real estate segment with a focus on shopping centres as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. He holds a degree in Business Administration and started his career in the banking sector working in various positions and firms in structured finance and investment management.
