Jakub Stanislav is a Senior Director and the Head of Investment Properties at CBRE, which he joined in early 2018. Jakub specialises in investment sales across all asset classes, hotel capital market activities throughout CEE and strategic advisory services. During his tenure at CBRE, Jakub has been instrumental in several high-profile transactions, including Jungheinrich Chomutov, the CPI industrial portfolio, and the Hyundai portfolio. His expertise extends to other real estate segments, having played key roles in the sale of office building portfolios such as Zirkon, Apeiron, and Corso Karlín, and in the hotel sector, including the sale of Barcelo Budapest and Danube EXE Budapest. Jakub holds a master's degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Heriot-Watt University based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and he is a member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
