Iulia Iana is the Marketing Director at HILS Development, a leading Romanian company in residential developments and mixed-use projects, with 6 major projects currently underway, mainly in the eastern part of Bucharest. With 13 years of extensive experience in marketing, both in the automotive and residential industries, Iulia is a dedicated leader, focused on excellence and innovation within the teams she manages. At HILS Development, Iulia implements the company’s marketing strategy, targeting the medium and medium-plus segments, with a long-term vision of 15-20 years. This strategy aims to provide quality and affordable living for as many Bucharest residents as possible. Among Iulia's achievements, the launch of the following three projects are listed below: HILS Republica, the most ambitious urban regeneration project in the eastern part of the capital. HILS Sunrise, the first project in the eastern part of the capital to obtain GREEN Homes pre-certification by meeting performance criteria for energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. HILS Titanium, the company's newest large-scale project. HILS Development completes one apartment every two working hours, with an annual capacity of at least 1,000 apartments.
