He is also a Board Member of BICO Industries and Eco Euro Doors. With an experience of over 12 years in restructuring, capital markets and real estate, Ioan Bindea was the CEO and Chairman of Frigotehnica. In the past, he worked within CITR (a company in the Impetum Group), CNVM (currently ASF) and Tradeville. Ioan Bindea graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in 2008, where he completed his graduate and Master's studies. Ioan Bindea's term of office as a member of the Board of Directors of Roca Industry started on 17 September 2021. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Roca Industry since June 2022.
