Gunnar Larsson is CIO at the Swedish asset management firm NordicEdge Real Estate, founded 2023 with a current focus on the residential Build-to-Rent sector. Since graduating from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm 2012, Gunnar has represented Colliers, JLL, CBRE and CBRE IM across the UK and the Nordic Capital Markets. Prior to setting up NordicEdge RE, Gunnar was Head of Residential Capital Markets at CBRE Sweden.
