Filip is part of Bonard’s engagement team focused on rented residential asset classes. He advises industry stakeholders looking to invest or expand within student housing, senior living, co-living and other rented residential sectors. He works closely with Bonard's Research and Analytics Team and assists LPs, GPs, developers and operators with data-driven expansion to new asset classes and territories, incl. CEE. Filip is also a part of the company’s working group helping stakeholders with in-depth analysis and assessment of strategies and opportunities to mitigate their investment risk, increase ROI and allow for more accurate decisions.
