Dominik is leading the Real Estate Group in Deloitte Poland and is heading the Real Estate Advisory team whose aim is to provide comprehensive services to the real estate market players. He has 25 years of professional experience with the last 20 years dedicated to the real estate sector (both in Deloitte and international real estate agencies). Dominik specializes in brokerage services in the real estate sector. He represents both buyers as well as vendors in transactions regarding the acquisition of properties, participates in due diligence and negotiations as well as advises on miscellaneous commercial projects in real estate. On top of that, Dominik has a comprehensive experience in tax aspects of real estate as he was a leader of the Real Estate Tax Team at Deloitte in 2003-2011. Dominik holds a degree in economics. He is also a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
