David Dušek is Head of Real Estate Valuation Department of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. and is responsible for the internal and external valuation of bank real estate collateral in both countries. Since 2015, he has been the chairman of the Asset Valuation Working Group of the Czech Banking Association. He also works as an external teacher at the Department of Finance and Business Valuation, at the University of Economics and cooperates with the Institute of Property Valuation and the Certification Institute.
