Daniele Levi Formiggini is the Head of Real Estate Services at ARECneprix, the servicing and asset management platform of the illimity Group, which he joined in 2019 shortly after its inception. He holds a degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and a Master's in Real Estate from SDA Bocconi and MIP School of Management. Daniele began his career in BNP Paribas' investment banking division in London, where he helped launch the bank's first pan-European real estate fund. In 2006, he returned to Italy to manage Pioneer Investments' flagship Italian listed real estate fund. He later joined UniCredit, gaining extensive national and international experience in asset management and distressed credit. During his time at UniCredit, he served as Head of Real Estate at the Leasing company and managed major real estate transactions and the start-up of the Italian REOCO platform at the holding level. Daniele has also served as Chair of RICS in Italy and has been a board member of various UniCredit group companies. He is a member of the Steering Committee of the Italian Proptech Network, an innovation hub for real estate developed by the JRC - Joint Research Center Proptech of the Politecnico di Milano Foundation. He also serves on the board of the illimity Foundation, which focuses on impact finance and the regeneration of real estate assets for social projects.
