Dan is one of the partners at Wilsons and specialises in real estate sales and acquisitions, leasing and construction, including related corporate implications. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, merger control, competition law and industry-specific regulatory issues. Dan has been advising developers, real estate investment funds and retail investors on their projects in the CEE region for more than eleven years and has led many transactions for various investors (both on the seller’s and purchaser’s side) in the Czech Republic. Dan has been also involved in long-term advisory to various property funds in the acquisition process of various commercial properties in the Czech Republic. Dan has a quick legal mind and a commercial outlook and is known in the market as having the ability to quickly and effectively identify and solve problems arising in the most complex of real estate transactions. He joined Wilsons after his graduation in 2007 when the firm was established.
