Daniel Babinski is a U.S. Foreign Service Officer and has been serving at U.S. Embassy Budapest since July, 2017. He is responsible for energy security, with a focus on natural gas and nuclear issues. He previously worked as a researcher covering economic and energy issues in Central and Eastern Europe. He has an undergraduate degree in economics from Stanford University and a master’s degree in Russian, East European, and Central Asian studies from Harvard University.
