Cristina Dumitrache has more than 25 years of expertise in real estate holding various executive positions. She is responsible for strategic planning and commercial input into the business development of the company. She is a certified as a Practitioner Level in the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and a Chartered Member (MRICS) since 2008. Over the last 5 years, she has worked on a personal level graduating 2 coaching schools and now she is focused on the professional and individual growth of her colleagues. She describes herself as an outgoing and interactive professional and an optimistic and empathetic person. Cristina believes that these are qualities motivating the people she works with. She chooses to see the full side of the glass in different situations and she sees people`s potential.
