Carlo Gradl was born and grew up in Bavaria, Germany. In 1993 he moved to Prague, Czech Republic and started working in real estate. Throughout the following years he gained in-depth and practical experience in residential, commercial and retail leasing, real estate investments, development, shopping center management and asset management. Carlo maintains a wide network of specialized contacts. His company, MAX Immo, is based in Prague and specialized on prime locations, high street retail lettings and investments.
