Antonio Pomes joined the Revetas team in 2024, as Director-Country Head Poland in the Portfolio Management department. In his role, Mr. Pomes is responsible for overseeing the Polish portfolio of assets, including Trinity One in Warsaw, Bonarka for Business “B4B” and Buma Square in Krakow. He works closely with the Senior Management, Investment Management, and Property Management teams to ensure the success of the existing and future assets in Poland. Mr. Pomes is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of expertise in the real estate and financial sectors, covering various management roles for international asset management, investment, and development companies and overseeing a diverse range of commercial assets across Europe. His expertise lies in capital raise, underwriting, acquisition and disposition advisory, asset management, tenant relationships, and asset repositioning. Prior to joining Revetas, Antonio worked for Golden Star Estate, GTC, Hudson Advisors (Lone Star Funds) and Pirelli RE carrying out investment transactions and managing institutional class real estate assets in countries such as Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, UK, Hungary, and Poland, Antonio is an Italian national, currently based in Warsaw. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Business University “L. Bocconi”, Milan, Italy with a minor in Corporate Finance and is fluent in Italian, English and German.
