Dr Andrzej Chełchowski is an attorney at law, Partner, and Managing Director of Miller Canfield’s Warsaw office. Andrzej specializes in real estate development, transactions and finance, and has been advising numerous foreign and Polish clients, including investors, developers, contractors, operators, banks, and other stakeholders in property projects and transactions. Repeatedly recommended as a real property legal expert by European Legal Experts and involved directly or indirectly in more than five hundred large-scale real property projects since 1993. He was personally involved and coordinated a team of lawyers responsible for the harmonization of Polish law with EU laws and leader of an international experts group reforming Kazakhstan’s property registration system (2019). Andrzej received the title of Doctor of Laws in 2006 and was for ten years an adjunct professor with the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw.
