Based in Belgrade and Bucharest, Andrew is responsible for the JLL operations in South Eastern Europe, overseeing work across 10 countries, including Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia. He has over 10 years of experience in the CEE&SEE real estate markets, together with 4 years in the United Kingdom. He joined King Sturge in 2001 and relocated to the Czech Republic office in 2005 to run the Agency departments in Prague. In 2008 he set up the firms office in Bulgaria and in August 2011 he became Managing Director of the newly merged King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle offices in Serbia and Bulgaria. From the beginning of 2015 he extended his regional role to take overall management of the Belgrade and Bucharest offices, now overseeing work across the entire SEE region.
