Andrei graduated from the Faculty of Energy Engineering at the University Politehnica of Bucharest, being specialized in nuclear technologies. Being more attracted to the real estate field, he started his career immediately after finishing college in a real estate agency. Because of his passion for working with people, he decided to continue, facilitating this by opening his own real estate agency. The opportunity with which Realpad came to him was a real challenge, switching from B2C sales to B2B sales, but this did not prevent him from being successful, Realpad reached a number of over 20 clients in the first year of activity in Romania with Andrei in the role of Sales Manager. Now he holds the position of Country Manager and also has 2 more colleagues who help him take care of the Romanian market.
