Anca Merdescu has over 15 years of expertise in the finance and real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked directly with key developers and players in the Romanian real estate sector at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, where she oversaw corporate real estate finance. Beginning in May 2015, she joined Colliers as a Senior Associate for Debt Advisory within the Investment Services division, where she established a new business line. Anca holds a Degree from the Doctoral School of Finance and Banking (DOFIN) from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and passed CFA Level I. Anca now serves as a Director for Investment and Debt Advisory services, overseeing various investment and debt mandates.
