Ana Panajotovic is the CSR and Sustainability Manager for L'Oréal Group's Romania and Adria-Balkan subsidiaries, encompassing 7 years of experience within the Group's CSR department, and over 17 years of total experience within the Group. Through her position, Ana is responsible for the regional implementation of L'Oréal Group's 2030 sustainability commitments, anchored within the Group's corporate sustainability program, "L'Oréal for the Future." Her main scope of work involves coordinating and monitoring internal processes to ensure that the entire value chain operates within planetary boundaries, empowering L'Oréal's entire business ecosystem to transition to a more sustainable world and providing support to local vulnerable communities through donations and partnerships with local NGOs.
