Agnieszka is responsible for shaping the image of the Nhood brand in Poland, encompassing the competencies of the three business lines: Property, Asset Services (PAS), Development (DEV), and Resources, Fund & Investment (RFI). Her role involves contributing to the global marketing strategy of the brand, formulating a strategy and budget plan tailored to the Polish market, managing cross-functional brand marketing projects, developing an effective digital communication and PR plan, planning B2B events, and collaborating closely with the marketing, HR, ESG, data, and business development teams. Agnieszka co-created the Nhood and Ceetrus brands and led the team responsible for their launch in the Polish market. She is a member of the international groups responsible for the implementation of "Vision in Action," the development of the #People #Planet #Profit sustainability strategy, and setting directions in this area. As a member of the international ESG Synergy team, Agnieszka serves as the ESG Communication Leader, where she oversees the global communication of Nhood's ESG strategy.
