Zeus International Group has bought three hotels in Bucharest in a cross-border share deal from Alpha Real Estate Services (ARES), a member of Alpha Bank Group.
The Greek company has moved forward to the acquisition of the three hotels following successful six-year management which led to an 8-fold GOP growth since September 2015. The hotel Venice, Opera and Central are located in the center of Bucharest. The value of the transaction was not made public. The seller was assisted in the transaction by lawyers from PeliPartners.
