The ZenGarden office building in Budapest, managed by ConvergenCE, is close to full occupancy as of mid-September, driven by a mix of new leases and renewals.

During Q2, Hungarian PR agency Uniomedia and international consultancy Arthur D. Little have signed long-term leases. Both companies will move into their new offices by the end of the year.

BuildEXT, one of Hungary's fastest-growing BIM-specialist architecture firms, has committed to ZenGarden for several years.

“As architects, it is essential that our office is housed in a building that meets contemporary standards in every respect. For our team of over 60, mostly from the Y and Z generations, an inspiring work environment is key, and ZenGarden stands out in this regard,” says Csaba Livják, CEO of BuildEXT.

The project features advanced technological solutions and holds a BREEAM “Very Good” sustainability certification. Its tenants benefit from 170 parking spaces, a 24/7 reception service and an on-site grocery store.
