Zeitgeist Asset Management has obtained the occupancy permit for a private dormitory at 22 Solec in Warsaw. The company has renovated a former office building to become a flagship project of Zeitraum Student Housing in Poland, offering 214 beds and a common area with a variety of services.

The new student residence is housed in two interconnected buildings, which are eight and 12 storeys respectively, with a total floor area of 5,239 sqm.

Numerous facilities await students. In addition to the obvious ones, such as adapting the building for the disabled, they will have dedicated rooms for playing or studying at their disposal, as well as functional premises such as a self-service laundry and a bicycle storage room.

The investor has decided to use part of the ground floor for rental units. A Żabka shop is planned here, as well as services such as a café or a fitness club. Talks with potential tenants are currently underway.

In the CEE region, Zeitgeist already has seven student houses in its portfolio: five in Prague, one in Kraków and one in Warsaw. All are managed by its daughter company Zeitraum.
