YIT is launching the sale of the first stage of the Toivo Roztyly project in Prague 11. The construction of the 1st stage is already underway.

Toivo Roztyly will grow in two stages on Komárkova Street. As part of the first, YIT will build 88 apartments in 4 buildings with one underground and six above-ground floors. The second stage, with 4 houses, will offer 116 units in buildings with one underground and five to six above ground. The south-oriented apartments face the quiet courtyard. All buildings will have sufficient parking capacity.

YIT will also create part of a new street that will connect Komárkova and Hrdličkova streets. It will include public parking spaces, urban greenery and a public park.

"LED lights in common areas, recuperation units with controlled ventilation or triple-glazed windows will ensure energy savings. A public charging station and bicycle racks are planned on the ground floor. The design also includes sustainable water management," explains Dana Bartoňová, Business Director at YIT Stavo. The building use approval is foreseen at the turn of 2025/2026.
