YIT has completed the third residential stage of Tornio, which expanded the multifunctional complex Lappi Hloubětín in Prague 9 with 79 new apartments. Almost half of the units are currently sold out.
Altogether, almost 290 units and 8 commercial spaces were created in Lappi Hloubětín, and the fourth stage with commercial areas is being prepared. The thirteen-floor Tornio tower house, which grew up in the Lappi Hloubětín complex, includes 79 apartments with 1+kk to 5+kk layouts and sizes from 31 to 123 sqm. Each of them has a cellar, a glazed balcony, a terrace or a front garden. The units are equipped with recuperation and, except for the northern facade, a preparation for remote-controlled front window blinds is included. Future owners should take over the apartments this summer.
The third stage of Tornio completed the previously built stages of Kemi and Ranua with a total of 209 apartments, which are already sold out. Between the houses of Tornio and Ranua, a quiet courtyard with greenery and play elements is now being completed.
The Lappi Hloubětín complex between Kolbenova, Laponská and Granitova streets connects to the Suomi Hloubětín complex with the necessary civic amenities. The largest YIT residential project in Prague also includes a children's playground, bike path and relaxation zone along the revitalized Rokytka River. There are tram stops right next to the project, with a connection to metro stations B – Kolbenova and Hloubětín, which are a few minutes away.
