YIT is expanding its Ranta Barrandov residential project in Prague 5 by the third stage by adding another 56 units to the 259 apartments from the previous two stages.
The third stage of the Ranta Barrandov project consists of three buildings - two residential and a commercial dedicated to the future medical facility. 56 apartments from 30 to 84 sqm will be completed with three commercial units on the ground floor. New residential unit owners will be able to use private electricity wall chargers (so-called wall boxes) for their electric cars. There is also a public charging station, which the developer set up in the area during the previous stages.
A white facade optically unites three objects with a trapezoidal floor plan with irregular crystalline details. Every building will be equipped with photovoltaic panels, triple-glazed windows, the Smart Home system, local recovery units and underfloor heating. The developer plans to incorporate heat pumps as the main source of heat. During construction, YIT will partly use prefabrication technology. The developer has started selling new apartments and plans to complete construction in Q2 of 2026.
