Wing has sold buildings B, C and I in the Infopark office park in Budapest. The properties were sold through the Gladiator V Real Estate Investment Fund, the buyer being SkyGreen Buildings Ltd. Wing intends to use the proceeds from the sale for the purposes set out in its business plan, namely to strengthen its position in the region.

SkyGreen Buildings is a real estate company owned by the Green Real Estate Development Investment Fund, managed by Equilor Fund Management Ltd. This autumn local lender Takarékbank signed a loan agreement in two tranches with SkyGreen Buildings backed by the Sky 1 and Sky 2 private equity funds. One loan tranche was for €7.6 million and the other for €15.5 million, both maturing in 2036. A week after the agreement, also in October, the bank provided further financing to SkyGreen Buildings, for a loan amount of €9.2 million, also with a 15-year maturity. In addition, SkyGreen Buildings Ltd. issued green bonds worth €32 billion in 2020.

The total lettable area of the office buildings built in the early and mid-2000s exceeds 30,000 square metres: buildings B and I each offer nearly 9,000 square metres of lettable area, while building C offers 13,000 square metres of lettable area.
