Hungarian property investor and developer Wing is expanding its East Gate Business Park, located next to Budapest, with a new 9,200 sqm hall. The handover of the building, which is 30% pre-leased, will take place in the second half of 2021.
The development of Hall D3, comprising 9,200 sqm of leasable area, is taking place following the completion of Hall C, comprising 16,000 sqm, which was developed speculatively and is now fully leased.
Currently, the park offers 123,000 square meters of logistics and office space with 30,000 sqm of additional development potential (including the area of Hall D3).
