In Germany, the group sold a 10,500 sqm office building and a 8,500 sqm residential complex in Berlin. In Poland, the group sold an office building spanning 15,000 sqm in Łódź, while in Hungary it sold a 6,500 sqm office building in Budapest.

On the residential front, the company sold 2,500 apartments across the three countries during last year.
