Property developer White Star Real Estate says it has obtained the building permit for Liberty Residential, which will be integrated in Cluj Napoca-based Liberty Technology Park.
The company will develop 268 apartments in two buildings with underground parking and gardens by the first quarter of 2023.
White Star Real Estate will add 5,000 sqm of retail and service areas, including a kindergarten. Aside from the apartments, the company will invest in three new office buildings.
“One of the greatest advantages of being located in a mixed-use project is that our residents will benefit from the facilities existing and to be added on later. For all those living in Liberty Residential or working in Liberty Technology Park there are a series of facilities in the park (medical services, fitness centre, restaurants, electric car charging stations, ATMs, conference rooms),” said the company in a statement.
White Star Real Estate has been present in Romania since 2006.
