Belgian industrial and logistics developer WDP has acquired the CTPark Cluj I logistic park from CTP. The park, which was delivered last year, is leased by retailer Profi.
WDP has recently acquired the 37,000 sqm Dunca Logistics Center in Timisoara from Dunca Imobiliare for €21 million. The developer has also unveiled plans two build two new warehouses near Bucharest with a total area of around 80,000 sqm.
