Tenants are to move into the EQ2 office building, developed by Waryński Group, in Q1 2021. The office building has already reached its target heigh, and the completion of construction work has been celebrated with a symbolic topping off ceremony. Walter Herz is responsible for the commercialization of the project


EQ2 is another office investment implemented in Warsaw by Waryński Holding Group. The office building is under construction in the part of Wola district, adjacent to the city centre, at the intersection of Wschowska and Ordona streets. The facility with over 4300 sqm will offer the office space and retail area located on the ground floor of the building.

The construction of EQ2 began in September 2019 and by the end of February 2020, the building reached the ground level. The two-storey underground part of the office building with parking spaces was made using diaphragm wall technology. Currently, the investor has announced the completion of the building's construction work and the closing of the next stage of the investment's construction. According to the adopted schedule, finishing works will be continued on the facade and inside the building in the next stages of project implementation.

In all of the company’s projects, Waryński Holding Group emphasizes the use of ecological solutions. In the case of the EQ2, their use will be confirmed by the BREEAM certificate rated Very Good. The list of green features includes a charging station for electric cars on the premises and beehives located on the green part of the roof.
