Warsaw’s Kopernik office complex has received a BREEAM In-Use certificate with “Very Good” ratings in both Asset Performance and Building Management. The audit, commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield, the office park’s property manager, was conducted by Go4Energy.
The Kopernik Office Buildings complex comprises five buildings, providing a total of over 22,000 sqm. The buildings are connected to each other by a five-level car park with 765 parking spaces. The complex is located in Warsaw’s Włochy district.
Piotr Mokrzański, Senior Project Manager, BREEAM International Assessor, BREEAM In-Use Auditor, Go4Energy said: “The Building Research Establishment appreciates the solutions in place in the Kopernik Office Buildings and has awarded the BREAM In-Use certificate with ‘Very Good’ ratings. The office complex boasts a number of electricity, water and heat saving solutions, and a friendly indoor working environment.”
