The first building of the Resi4Rent project, being part of the Warsaw Brewery, has obtained its occupancy permit. In the all-purpose part of Warsaw's Wola district, revitalized by Echo Investment, Resi4Rent has developed 450 apartments for long-term rent. The first tenants have been moving in.

Resi4Rent, that offers nearly 800 apartments in Wrocław and Łódź, has started to rent out its first project in Warsaw. This complex will eventually offer 450 apartments to rent. The first building is finished, while the adjoining 17-storey tower will welcome its first residents in November. Architects from the JEMS studio have also designed 7 two-storey apartments on the top floors.

Currently, Resi4Rent owns nine projects under construction or in advanced planning. As a target, the company will offer 7.5 thousand apartments within a few years in the six largest Polish cities - Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Poznań. Echo Investment, one of the most important developers in Poland, that also holds 30% of shares in Resi4Rent, is responsible for planning, designing and developing projects. The second shareholder is a recognized global investment fund (70%), represented by Griffin Real Estate.
