The new facility in Ecser, not far from the Liszt Ferenc International Airport, will offer 47,000 sqm of industrial space for local and foreign companies from 2024.
The investment is worth HUF 18 billion and is provided from Waberer's resources and financial aid from the Hungarian government. The centre is scheduled to open in the first quarter of next year.
The general contractor is Bayer Construction, a leading local construction company.
