European developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP has just handed over space in Hall A of VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City to two tenants.
The first is Exyte Technology, a high-tech equipment and technology company, which has leased almost 12,600 sqm of warehouse and office space. The second tenant is Bosal Aftermarket Europe, which focuses on the development and production of catalytic converters and emission control systems for passenger cars and industrial applications. It leased a total of 10,210 sqm of production and warehouse space.
VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City is located on a brownfield near the city centre, 2 km from the D8 highway connecting Prague and Dresden. Due to its location, it is suitable for last-mile logistics. 3 halls with more than 52,000 sqm of rentable space with a BREEAM Very Good certificate are being built on almost 11 hectares. Hall A is currently completed and fully occupied. Two more halls are under preparation. They will offer over 29,000 sqm of leasable space, of which more than 10,000 sqm are already leased.
