VGP has reached another milestone in VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City.  It has completed and handed over building B, where RTR-TRANSPORT A LOGISTIKA has leased warehouse and office premises.

VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City is growing on a revitalised brownfield of 11 hectares near the city centre. The project includes three halls with a leasable area exceeding 52,000 sqm. The first hall A is already fully occupied by Exyte Technology and Bosal Aftermarket Europe.

The recently completed hall B has now been handed over to RTR-TRANSPORT A LOGISTIKA, which has leased more than 10,700 sqm of warehouse and administrative space out of 29,000 sqm of newly completed premises. The hall is aspiring to get BREEAM Very Good Sustainability certification.

At the same time, the construction of the last hall C continues. The park offers the remaining 18,700 sqm for rent. The park has good transport accessibility and the project also includes ecological elements, including a green facade and a retention tank with an insect hotel.

RTR-TRANSPORT A LOGISTIKA has provided comprehensive logistics services with its fleet of trucks since 1991. It employs more than 100 workers and has extensive facilities with a total warehouse area of 20,000 sqm.
